Data collection and use
We only collect information necessary for the operation of the service (name, email, reviews and preferences) in order to personalize the experience and generate analytics. We do not sell or rent your data.

Google review practices
WiseFeed does not use review gating. Access to Google is not hidden, blocked or conditioned on a customer's rating or satisfaction. When a client configures a public Google review link, it is offered to visitors without filtering their feedback. Internal contact or manager support remains an optional choice.
Google Business Profile data
If you enable the Google Business Profile connection from your settings, this section describes exactly which Google data WiseFeed accesses, how it is used, and how to withdraw that authorization.
What we access
With your explicit consent, given through Google's authorization screen, we access your Google Business Profile (the business.manage scope) in order to read the list of your locations and the reviews attached to them: rating, review text, date, and any reply already published.
How we use it
This data is used solely to display your reviews in your dashboard, to suggest a draft reply, and to publish on Google the reply you have approved. It is used for no other purpose.
What we store
We store the review identifier, the rating, the text, the reply and the update date, together with the Google authorization tokens required to maintain the connection. We do not store the name or the email address of the review's author.
Use of an artificial intelligence provider
To suggest a draft reply, the review text and its rating are sent to the artificial intelligence provider configured for the platform (OpenAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq, Together or OpenRouter). No data identifying the review's author is transmitted. This data is never used to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence models.
Limited use of Google data
WiseFeed's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Your Google data is never sold, never rented, never used for advertising purposes, and never used to train generalized models.
Withdrawing authorization and deleting data
You may disconnect your Google account at any time from your settings, or revoke WiseFeed's access from your Google Account permissions page. To have Google data already stored deleted, write to us at contact@wisefeed.net: deletion is carried out within thirty days.
